I’ll apply my education in nutrition science and public health to create meal plans with exclusive plant-based recipes, targeted to your preferences and lifestyle. Together we will set personalized goals, track progress and thrive.

My coaching philosophy is based around plant-based diets and lifestyles, focusing on introducing more fruits, vegetables, plant-based proteins and whole grains, and less on total weight loss. Together we will focus on tracking your energy levels and your natural sense of health.  If you have weight loss goals, that’s awesome! I can definitely help with that, but we will focus on health as a feeling and not as a number.

So, how does it work? We will start with a phone or video call, whatever you feel more comfortable with, and discuss your goals, your preferences and our work plan to build your healthiest self. Moving forward you’ll receive weekly personalized meal plans, shopping tips and nutritional advice and a weekly check-in call. My goal is to provide you with a foundation of knowledge and experience that will guide you to becoming your healthiest self.

I decided to eat a plant based diet on a Sunday and on Monday I realized I had no idea what I was doing. When I asked a friend for advice, he suggested I talk with Laura who he assured me was not only a pro when it came to all things nutrition, but that she would come with no judgements or agendas and that she would be able to help guide me through this pretty drastic change.

I found Laura to be incredibly knowledgeable and extremely patient.  She had all the answers to my questions and when she didn’t she would come back quickly with solutions to any of my concerns.  She helped me make good choices and always pointed me in the right direction.  I would highly recommend working with Laura for anyone looking to eat right whether that means plant based, vegetarian or simply to make sure everything you are putting in your body has nutritional value.  She will guide you and help you, trust me, I know!

All plans include a free introductory phone or video call to discuss goals, ask nutrition, health and plant-based lifestyle questions and get to know each other. This includes a summary email with a goal sheet and food journaling activity that help set the tone for future sessions.

  • Boost: This two-week plan is intended to help you get back on the healthy track.

  • Rise: This four-week plan covers more basics, provides more feedback, and goes more in-depth to cultivate and sustain healthy living.

    • Four personalized weekly meal plans, with a total of 8 exclusive recipes, a shopping and prep list

  • Thrive: This six-week plan builds off the Rise plan, but includes detailed cooking instructions  and pro-tips for a variety of techniques, to improve healthy eating through increasing your confidence in the kitchen!
